It's not just the speed or the risk to others, motorized vehicles damage trails more than non motorized vehicles, the damage to the trails is so much as to disrupt the erosion pattern in the woods, beaches or mountains which in no time will transform the lsndscape, i wouldn't say anything to a guy riding one but if there's a sign is mostly because of something concerning, try to not be all jerks.
